Lifeline of Ohio (LOOP) is an independent, non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote and coordinate the donation of human organs and tissie for transplantation, Lifeline of Ohio has been approved by the centers for Medicare and Medicaod Services (CMS) as the designated organ procurement organization (OPO) serving central and southeastern Ohio, as well as Wood Country, West Virginia.

The Central Ohio Lions Eye Bank is the Eye Bank Association of America-accredited, non-profit medical agency in our community that recovers donor eyes and corneas for transplantation. The Eye Bank has provided 10,000 corneas for sight-restoring corneal transplant since its founding, in 1973.
